    ModSpace seeks a Manager of Sales Operations to collaborate with marketing, IT, operations and field sales leadership to develop and maintain systems and platforms for SALES EXCELLENCE across ModSpace.


    Based in our Berwyn, PA headquarters, this experienced professional will help drive overall productivity and effectiveness of the global sales organization with focus on: 

    • The administration and interaction of sales tools 
    • Sales process optimization

    Day to day activities may include:

    • CRM management and optimization
      • SalesForce.com
    • Cross-functional sales process optimization
    • Quality assurance testing of new processes and systems
    • Troubleshooting of system issues and failures
    • Sales tool/sales program design and implementation
    • Ensuring the sales team’s skills are optimized and fully developed around the existing sales tools through training, reporting and management of the various systems
    • Communicating with members of the field sales team regarding pipeline activity and metrics
    • Effectively investigate and determine the proper resolution to renewal pricing disputes.
    • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
    • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
    • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
    • Provide management oversight to a staff.

    This role requires strong technological ability, a tactical understanding of ModSpace sales processes, tactical involvement with system updates and changes, strong presentation ability, and a history of successful cross-functional collaboration.


    For consideration, candidates must possess:

    • a Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3+ years’ experience in selling, marketing, strategic planning & customer relations
      • Sales management experience is a plus
    • 3+ years’ experience utilizing sales metrics, and project management skills to drive/focus sales direction and activities
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and identify areas for improvement within a process, as well as an ability to work within larger matrix organizational structures
    • 3+ years’ experience using CRM (SF.com preferred) as “super-user” or administrator
    • Strong ability in MS Windows and the MS Office Suite required to discuss and help guide cross-platform interactions
    • Industrial and/or equipment rental experience preferred

    The position will entail up to 20% travel nationally.
