    ModSpace seeks a Director of Asset Management to support effective use of and investment in our multi-million dollar portfolio of buildings across North America.


    This experienced professional will focus on the ROI of efforts to drive quality, speed and customer service through our fleet and strategic investments in new products.


    Day to day activities will include:


    • Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value or return of company assets
    • Ensuring databases recording property assets are up to date and accurate
    • Working cross-functionally to develop and execute a cost-effective maintenance, refurbishment and new CAPEX strategies to maximize ROI and plan for current as well as future demand by geography and asset type
    • Performing market and trend analysis to determine desirable product mix and applications to ensure future strategic asset investments
    • Preparing financial analysis, report or present on asset usage, financial performance, operations, and maintenance for field leadership and executive staff
    • Overseeing the creation of strategic plans to ensure the sale and profitability of new products, lines, and services
      • This includes budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, returns-on-investment and profit-loss projections
    • Hiring, training, and supervising district asset managers to facilitate local level coordination of all above as well as provide financial analysis of day to day asset selection, investment and utilization
    • Approving the redeployment of assets according to the Asset Portfolio Plan
    • Overseeing all planning and coordination between the central refurb center and their respective receiving branches
    • Overseeing and managing all branch manufacturing approvals and certifications

    For consideration candidates must have:

    • A Bachelor's degree
    • 5 years' experience in finance, asset management or operations
    • Strong mathematical and analytic ability
    • Excellent skills in Excel and database applications
    • The ability to lead and influence in a cross-matrixed environment
    • The ability to travel up to 25% across North America
