ModSpace seeks a multi-talented and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our W. Sacramento team.


Our Customer Service team ensures prompt and courteous handling of customer inquiries in the following areas to provide a seamless customer experience, accurate, timely communication and superb customer satisfaction:

  • services such as repair, maintenance, delivery or pickup
  • billing
  • any other customer concerns

Day to day responsibilities may include: 


  • Answering inbound calls from the 1-800 number, direct dial lines, and online chat from customers or our team in an assigned territory
  • Qualifying sales inquiries and referring calls to the CSI team or the local TSM
  • Entering service calls into operating systems
  • Detailing billing issues to the appropriate Billing Specialist for resolution
  • Creating lease termination quotes
  • Performing after service follow up calls

ModSpace Customer Service Specialists must have:


  • An Associates Degree OR a High School Diploma WITH 1 year prior experience in customer service (commercial environment preferred)
  • Keen listening skills and the ability to persuade others
  • Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment or as an individual contributor

All ModSpace team members must have:


  • PC Proficiency in a Windows environment with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills      
  • A drive to provide world-class customer service
  • The highest levels of integrity
