ModSpace seeks a calm and professional Senior Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent service and issue resolution to our customers while ensuring accurate business information and customer understanding.

 

This customer facing role is a critical position to maintaining and improving customer perception of our organization as well as profitable operations and contributes by:

 

  • Responding to billing inquiries
  • Qualifying accurate customer information
  • Researching and/or correcting invoicing
  • Providing account reconciliation information

 

Day to day duties may include:

 

  • Providing support and training for assigned Customer Service Specialists
  • Monitoring the phone/chat queue and assisting with alerts
  • Evaluating problem  areas for potential solutions
  • Supporting field operations on complex  billing  issues
  • Manning the Billing Resolution queue
    • Including customer inquiries and requests regarding accounts, rates, billing discrepancies and services performed.
  • Restructuring Contracts where financial changes are made to correct billing errors
  • Assigning tasks to sales or operations for necessary approvals for billing or credit changes 
  • Manual invoicing for special customer requirements

 

 

A ModSpace Sr. Customer service Specialist must have:

  • An Associates Degree OR a High School Diploma WITH at least 3 years prior experience in customer service or contract review (commercial environment preferred)
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen listening skills and ability to persuade others
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment or as an individual contributor

All ModSpace team members must have:

 

  • PC Proficiency in a Windows environment with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills       
  • A drive to provide world-class customer service
  • The highest levels of integrity
