We're seeking an Inside Sales Manager supporting North American operations from our W. Sacramento branch location.

 

This is a mid-level management role in a busy and growing corporate department.

 

Our Inside Sales Managers train, coach and manage the daily sales activities of 10-15 Inside Sales Associates (ISAs) 

 

Day to day activities may include:

  • Providing daily sales, process, and system guidance and support to ISAs
    • Including assistance with training program modules/materials
  • Call monitoring and feedback on sales process and productivity
  • Performance management and development of ISAs in all products/services and consultative sales techniques
    • Daily and weekly reports generation and analysis
  • New account development effort within the team
    • Managing and developing corporate and alternative lead sources for campaigns
  • Creating/managing contests and team building events

Due to the region assigned, the work schedule may start and end anytime between 8 am and 8 pm ET Monday through Friday. 

 

A ModSpace Inside Sales Manager must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
    • or 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • ModSpace ISA Certification
    • or 2+ years of inside or outside sales management experience
  • Experience using a CRM to track, manage and forecast sales data and metrics
  • A proven history of successful sales ability
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop ISAs driving customer service, work quality, and team productivity
  • Exceptional negotiating and consultative sales skills
  • Keen customer centric attitude and behavior
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible while working in a fast paced and changing environment

 

The below qualifications are strongly Preferred:

  • 2 years of outbound business to business sales call center management experience

  • PC Proficiency in a Windows environment with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
